Though they now live in downtown Denver, their story began years earlier after Sophia returned from studying abroad in Italy, when the two met at Greg’s twenty first birthday. Their connection grew quietly over time, shaped by creativity, curiosity, and a shared appreciation for meaningful experiences over tradition.
Colorado ultimately felt like home for their celebration. As the ceremony unfolded, a brief mountain hailstorm moved through the valley, shifting the atmosphere without interrupting the moment. Laughter followed, the weather passed, and the light softened, leaving behind a ceremony that felt honest and unforgettable.
The day was filled with presence and ease, allowing genuine moments to surface naturally. Beano’s Cabin provided the perfect setting for a celebration rooted in connection, reinforcing why it remains one of the most compelling wedding venues in the Vail Valley. Their wedding was later featured on Carats and Cake, alongside a thoughtful team of vendors who helped bring the day together.
